Who we are

AIQ (M) Sdn. Bhd. is the data controller for personal data collected through these pages. Our details are set out under “Contact us” below.

Personal data we collect

When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect:

• your name, company and work email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• your company size and the services you are interested in
• anything you choose to tell us in your message

When you visit these pages, we collect limited technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and the site that referred you.

How we use your personal data

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, workshop or assessment
• to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about our services
• to prepare proposals and quotations for your business
• to understand how our website is used and improve it
• to keep records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Do you have to provide it?

Your name, company, email address, company size and area of interest are needed for us to respond to your request. Other details are optional. If you do not provide the required details, we may not be able to respond.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• service providers that support our website and operations, such as website hosting and email delivery (Microsoft Azure) and website analytics (Google Analytics)
• companies within the Arivu IQ group, including our engineering teams in India and the United States, for the purposes described in this notice
• partners who deliver a service with us, such as a workshop or coaching programme, where you have asked for that service
• professional advisers, auditors, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law

Our service providers may only use your personal data to provide services to us.

Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers and group companies store or process data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your personal data receives a comparable level of protection, as required by the PDPA.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How we protect it

We take practical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to enquiry records to staff who need it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may:

• ask for access to the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date
• withdraw your consent, or ask us to limit how we process your personal data
• ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by the PDPA. We may charge a fee for access requests where the law allows it.
